Matthew Mark Hoffman, 35, of Greenwich, tragically passed away on August 16, 2024.
Born in Greenwich on September 29, 1988, to Mark and Connie Hoffman, Matt was a beloved son, brother, and friend.
Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at the Castiglione Funeral Home, 544 Old Post Rd #3, Greenwich from 10:00am to 12:00pm on Friday, August 23.
Entombment will follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery.
