Grandfathered 2-Family on Arcadia in OG Proposed to be Recongifured, Expanded

Instead of one unit over another, the proposal is for side-by-side units separated by carports topped by bedrooms. A neighbor said in a letter that headlights from the carports would shine into his dining room and the increased height of the structure would diminish his light, views and airflow. A further concern is that the two units might be operated as AirBnb style, short term rentals.
